Counties is a network of people and resources who want to see individuals experience ‘life in all its fullness’ through an encounter with the living Jesus Christ.

Counties people (Evangelists) work locally - often in a county or alongside a church; several have a national brief. Some work with young people others among the marginalised or in education. It’s difficult to describe a typical Counties Evangelist as each develops a work that plays to their strength. However, sharing ‘life in all its fullness’ is the heartbeat of each Counties Evangelist.

Counties resources, which include exhibitions, publications and courses, equip individuals and churches to be more effective in their own faith sharing activities.

Partnership is a support network, to encourage and strengthen local churches. It does this through linking and training leaders, providing practical support to churches, producing publications, and organising national and area events.

When Jesus ran his training programme he chose a student group of twelve.  The close inter-personal relationships of such a small group create an ideal environment for discipleship style training.

Tilsley College has an average yearly intake of 12 - 15 students.  This works to your advantage as we can maximise input into each student's life and seek to tailor the college experience to meet the needs of each student.  This individually appropriate style of training is taken to another level in the second year Internship Scheme which is a church or ministry based time spent working alongside an experienced Christian worker.
